You are what you eat
More than ever we need to be eating healthily. If you are at home more now its the perfect time to start cooking from fresh including more vegetables and fruit in your diet. Ditch the processed food and experiment with new recipes. We all get bored if we eat the same thing week in and out and if that diet is not giving us balanced nutrition we need to rethink it. I have, like so many of you, spent the summer watching IGTX and listening to podcasts and the continue health message I hear on these is the need to keep our Vitamin D levels topped up year round.
I love making smoothies too as I find I can add extras to them to boost nutrients. Think colours of the rainbow with your veg and you will be starting on the right track.
