About me

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Youth Exercise Specialist and Wellbeing Blogger.

My aim everyday is to make as many people as possible feel fit and fabulous.

“I am never going to be able to lose weight” is what I used to believe. I could never wear pretty dresses because my thighs would rub together. I could never wear a bikini because everyone was skinnier than me.

I could never eat anything ‘unhealthy’ in front of other people in case they judged me. I could never join in any activity planned day out because I would be the unfittest person there

This WAS me.

I now feel confident. I now join in any activity planned regardless whether I will be any good at it. My body has changed and will keep changing as my fitness journey continues.

How did I get to where I am today?

Confidence.

I was overweight, uncomfortable and a unhappy comfort eater.

I wanted/needed to change my life and regardless of how many times I tried (and failed) I was determined to find this amazing trick that everyone else seemed to have apart from me. I finally than found it!

It was me.

I was the only person to be able to make those changes.

This is just a small part of how I got to where I am today.

The great bond I have with my clients is I can RELATE to how you feel. This is why I trained my socks off to be able to make you feel just as fabulous.
